Hotel Le Fontanelle

Beautiful property, excellent service, excellent dining and spa! Loved the staff, especially BangBang, Thomaso, but all were excellent!

Stunning property in the midst of vineyards and orchards. The staff especially in the main restaurant, the french sommelier (Lucy) and the pool area were outstanding. The check in check out people were good too but could be a bit friendlier. We spent just 1 night on the way from Florence to Bellagio and wish we would have stayed longer. We were in the base room which waslovely but windows are small so there isn't a "view". Decor was beautoful and clean but if you're staying for more than a night then get a higher room category. Its just a stunning place with excellent service. Go ahead and book!

We loved everything about our stay! The hotel and grounds are one of the most breathtaking and beautiful places I have ever been. It was like being in a fairytale and it exceeded all of my expectations in every way. The room was beautiful and large and we even had a balcony. The staff were exceptional in every way. It was 5 STARS at every moment of our stay. They truly catered to our every need and the restaurants were amazing and 5 stars. The pool, bar, grounds, every aspect was 5 stars!

The overall architecture and design of exteriors and interiors including amazing gardens all around the place, 2. location and layout of the facility - it had many places where you could hide away from others, relax on lounge chairs and enjoy the amazing country views to the country, walk through their gardens or sip a drink near the nice pool all in very carefully designed and maintained environment, breakfast/dining terrace with amazing views to the country 3. nice, very friendly but yet super professional and helpful staff, 4. spotless clean, 5. authenticity and their story (about founder of the hotel), 6. services offered on spot and their range (room service, pool, spa, bike rental, pool and lounge bar, picnic basket, wine tour up to more exclusive services like country tour with driver etc)
